- Additional guest fee applies after 6 guests. - We require a short term rental agreement to be electronically signed via our PMS guest portal. - We MAY require a $500 USD refundable damage deposit for guests without any prior stays on AirBnb and/or guests with review rating less than 4 stars. **Deposit will be charged to the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay). -We have a host-initiated verification process in obtaining the pre-arrival requirement. - We have exterior cameras on the driveway side of the house. - There is keyless entry to the home. A code will be provided to you after you book with us. * Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. * Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. * For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
